Very friendly staff, I only give the star to the staff, because what I think is a big mess is that you are not allowed to go to the toilet, because they are locked, I had to drive for a good half an hour on the motorway towards Stuttgart To find a toilet, also because of the virus, you have to remember that going to the toilet cannot be avoided because of Corona
So ... Today I'm changing my rating from 4 to 1 star. Absolutely unprofessional handling of calm and polite complaints. If a product is simply wrong (the frappé has become a milkshake (more or less)), then you don't need to call a colleague through the store to tell a customer that the customer is "ZICKING". If you're reading this, you can be heard there. There are no doors or walls. The customer can absolutely NOT do anything about the fact that something goes wrong during production. That is usually not a problem either. Nobody's perfect. But there is no need to line up like that! Luckily there are other MC's around here.
You have to check everything, can't even read the appearance on the screen, ideally always eat there. I went to the MC drive and I didn't get enough of a BBQ Rösti. Run out of money. So if you hire people there who can't even count to two, it's really hard. Because there was no way there to full purpose. It's just a shame that you can't distribute minus stars. Because customer satisfaction should come first and forgetting a premium citizen is a joke. So in a shop like this I would advise against it.

Today I received the worst service in my life! Pre-ordered and paid for food via the app, picked it up at the DriveIn and only noticed at home that the fries (for children) were missing from both menus. Called, informed, drove there (30 min total time) picked up. Of course, my wife and I didn't eat our burgers and let kids watch. So much later: we eat cold burgers, children don't eat french fries (in the meantime they ate bread because they couldn't wait, we went to Mac for lack of time). They didn't even put in a stupid apple pocket as an excuse. Just weak! Service zero points !!!!

Have been there 2 times in the past few weeks. Both times caught unfriendly staff, there is no "hello" here. We each pre-ordered with the app, what was ordered was never packed, we have never experienced anything like it. As if the employees were simply packing up what has to go. The toy was missing from the Happy Meal, although we asked if it was packed. The quality of the food, well, everything was lukewarm to cold, and the app says "we will prepare everything fresh when you are with us". Conclusion: At McDonald's, there are worlds between marketing and on-site reality.
You order online and pick up the function is really great. You arrive and can only pick up your food. Payment is made in the app.
Everything OK. Fast operation on the drive. MC do stop 😉
Unfortunately, the bulk order was missing chicken nuggets and it is annoying when you have to go back again. Not acceptable for drive in. What I still find very impolite is that the gentleman gasps because our order was bigger and didn't come to a conclusion that quickly. The food wasn't really warm and the salad was rotten. The cashier, however, was all the friendlier and even thanked us for our donation. These stars are only meant for her. Maybe Mc Donalds not only has to look to the future, but also has to orient itself to the past. Where first quality counts. Don't ignore, act.
Unfortunately we had a bad experience, ordered 2 McFlurry ice cream at the order terminal, paid by card, no receipt came out, and no new order number appeared on the display above. Then ordered again because we thought the payment was canceled, nothing came out again. It turned out that the roll of receipts was empty, then we had 4x ice cream for 2 people and paid twice. Unfortunately, no goodwill from the employee in the form of an apology or a voucher. As if I as a customer can do something about the fact that the receipt roll is empty. In that case it was the last visit there.
Were at Mäces today to get a rainbow glass. The campaign only started today and after less than 7 hours there were no glasses. Sad Marketing. So we didn't get one and the action should still be a few days. That's very sad.

New, clean Macdonald’s. Usual fayre, but frankly, it’s a nice environment. Open, airy, even the coffee is pretty good.
I wanted to drive backwards into the McDrive with my Japan Import (right-hand drive) when I was at the counter I was threatened with the police so I had to drive out again and speak to a young lady whether she would not drive me through the McDrive quickly.
You really can't complain. The McCafé has really good coffee and the cake is great. Generally very pleasant atmosphere. It's usually clean here too. Here and there a table is a bit dirty, but the employees can't always clean it when someone leaves their place. However, if you come here on a Sunday or public holiday during the midday business, you shouldn't complain if it takes longer. If the parking lot is already full, the restaurant is probably too and you have to plan a little more time accordingly. Your own fault, you little fried potato !! And if something is sold out, you don't have to have a seizure and gossip the Mc employee, who can't help it. Yes, McDonalds also has limited storage space and if something is no longer available at the end of the week, that's the way it is. There are enough alternatives in the quite large offer. Otherwise the new McDonalds turned out really good and as long as the coffee stays, I'll keep coming back!

A bit chaotic on Sunday afternoons but ok ... few staff with the crowd. What is frightening .. a family .. mother .. father .. about 30 + .... little girl about 5 years .. Mother's cell phone .. father's cell phone .. little girl just looks .. smiles very friendly .. no one to talk to .. no one to play .. sometimes there should really be a ban on cell phones !! And one more thing .. THESE PARENTS SHOULD BE AShamed !! WHAT DO YOU PUT A CHILD INTO THE WORLD IF YOU TREAT IT THAT !!!!!! 😡🤬
Unfriendly service. People without mouth and nose protection came in and were not advised to wear a mask. When we ordered a part was missing when it came to the table. And there wasn't even a lot going on.
Waitress was extremely rude, well trained staff and eat cold. Only the atmosphere has been the renovation very well done and invites you to linger.

Worst MacDonald s I've ever seen. Food is expired by time on the cover. Trash is not removed. Stuff doing job they aren't supposed to be rules.
